Obama Cites Sanctions if NK Refuses to Dump Nukes

U.S. Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama says if North Korea does not abandon its illicit nuclear program, it should face strong sanctions.
Speaking at the University of Purdue in Indiana, he said North Korea and Iran have a history of support for terror.
He said by staying committed to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, the U.S. will be in a better position to rally international support for continued pressure on violating nations like North Korea and Iran.
